Folks, there is a good reason that 45% off the reviews for this scam company are average/fair/poor. With 29% of the total being poor. I had a legit reason to request a refund - more on that below. But when i called them i was on the phone for 40 minutes and got bounced around to 4 different people. I was told: we do not refund money under any circumstance. They absolutely suck. Avoid them.

They sold me tickets at 44% above...

Its tough to really describe the feeling i have with ticketoffices.com. Maybe a few choice words would be disgusted, appalled, taken advantage of, disturbed, violated, and this list could go on.

The story:
My girlfriend mentioned she wanted to go to see “the band of heathens” coming to gruene hall. Seeing this band before, we know how truly awesome they are. I looked up the tickets a week before on their website...

I purchased two tickets to "Beautiful, " with a face value of $51 + $9 convenience fee. Instead of $120, this place charged my credit card $285.59.

The math: $165.59 over face value for two Balcony seats in Row W, for a Saturday matinee!

There was no help at all from their "service" staff, either online or on the phone.

This is a violation!...

On 10/27/16 i purchased 4 tickets for dancing with the stars for december 21 at the paramount theater in seattle. The price listed was $347. I thought this was for all 4 tickets. After they added service and tax fees, they charged me $1800 for the tickets. I tried to cancel my order the directly after getting the total and their site would not let me. They did not purchase the tickets until 12/19, there was no reason they could not of cancelled...
