I just wanted to bring to your notice that, my mother who is a senior citizen wanted to travel to Mumbai. I had gone to get Tatkal ticket for her at the reservation counter on Pahar Ganj side.

All the men sitting at the counter were making tickets for the touts.They had bunch of forms in front of them and between each person in line they were making atleast five tickets . I asked one of the guy who had...

Sir, I tried to book Railway Reservation Tickets Through IRCTC online e-ticketing facility on 01st Oct 2008. durng the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. when i cheked my account balance on 2nd Oct 2008 balance is showing less amount by Rs 901/-.
