I had booked a ticket dated 17th Nov 2020 for BOM GOA from travelolook on GO AIR, G384, 18.12.2020. The airline cancelled the ticket but as i booked via travelolook they have not yet refunded as i have been calling them regularly. Below is the chain of emails to TRAVELOLOOK. Please help.

Booked flight from Bangalore to Delhi for December, and after deducting the money within few minutes received an email stating this has been cancelled due to charges expiration and will refund the money.

Tried getting in touch via call, stayed in line from number 10 caller to number and 2 and then auto-disconnect, wrote them emails as well nothing happened.. which clearly suggests I have been scammed and likewise many others...
