Hi i had applied for loan they gave me level up loan of rs 5500 after 2 mins i got a msg that the loan amount u have to repay of 6682 but when i opened the app there is showing total 7350 i have the prove also after that the last loan date shown to me there was a paylater option was their i paid of rs 1488 then i again opened the app then again its showing total rs 6868 its not fair now i can't pay anymore when they will start to call me...

Sir ji mene true balance ke madhyam se date[protected] ko 509 rs ka recharge galti se wrong number pe kar diya he please use refund karva dijiye taki me use sahi number par transfer kar saku pls sir refund karva dijiye
Sir ji yesa koe tarika bhi bataye ki balance refund me suvidha ho

I hope sir i am able to get some tips for this solution in future...

I have done a recharge from truebalnce on 12th of october, 2017 which was failed.. Truebalnce promise to give the refund value on time, but still now not get the money back.. It is a jio rechrge of rs 399. I am continuously contacting the apps to get the problem resolved but they are denying the amount.. Please help me to get the value.. I am from west bengal, kolkata.....
