Renewal date for ttn broadband was May2020. I called Customercare of ttn to Deaactivate account in the month of March 2020 and asked them for collecting modem. Multiple mails and phone calls were made for this purpose to terminate the connection since March 2020. Still TTN is sending me invoice adding entire amount from May2020 which I am not responsible to pay legally. Take immediate action to stop invoicing and terminate the connection....

I used TTN for couple of years as there was no other network provider available in my area. During the initial months, the network speed and issue handling was kind of satisfactory. However, with time, everything starting going south. Network speed became worst. There were wire cut issues every now and then. They will charge you for those days also when there network was itself down.

I have got problems with internet, when i call TTN support they don't receive the call or line is busy if i get someone on phone they would say they will fix it within an hour but they won't fix. After few hours again if i call them, they say the same thing .Now its been 2 days facing this problem, 2 months before also same issue happened it got fixed only after 5 days.

The internet stopped functioning on the 30th of may 2019 and we've been trying to contact the customer support to only be ignored and put on hold. Right after our payment on 1st june 2019, we were told that the internet would start working within 2 hours. It has been 3 days since that and the customer support have just been putting us on hold for hours everytime we address them the issue. All we want is our money back, since we weren't provided...

I have send an email regarding discontinuation of the internet service and ttn confirmed back the on email acknowledging the request.

Till today even after repeated email and phone conversation they are still sending email every month for payment.

From past days am calling ttn custmer service as i there seems to be connectivity issues due to which there is loss of network.

Everytime they pick the call and asks for address but still the issue persist.

Very horrible service as its alreast 2nd day without internet service.

Why dont they provide us proper details on when the service will be back if it takes time...

Ttn is shamelessly sitting on my money. My first payment was deducted from my bank but my invoice still showed as unpaid, so i paid again, using a different mode of payment, assuming that the first payment will get refunded. I never received the refund till date. When i complained, they did not respond for weeks, after which i had to write a strong email to get them to work. Once again, they kept dragging for weeks and ultimately stopped...

I had installed ttn internet yesterday, the plan was for 50 mbps. From morning either we are gettin no internet signals or an awesome speed of 2 mbps.

2 complaints have been filed since morning, but there is still no response.

And the worse thing is the ttn is not allowing other service providers to provide service in the apartment.

I am the existing customer of ttn broadband, past 1 year i am using the same connection but 15 days back i shifted to my own home and applied for connection transfer which is not yet done. Actually i am following up with the ttn customer care also nothing is working out and the person (Devraj) who is taking care of cabling part is not ready to pull the cable to my premises.
