Hi team, I bought a Blue to blue topaz Rahsi Ratan Which i already retruned & I am infomred that my money will be refunded . I had bought in the month of July till that day i did not get my refund . My order no : [protected] They told me that i would get refund in 6 working days after many email sent and reminder they do not reply me . I have ordered an iCAM16 camera to TVCSKYSHOP company with Order No. is OC2581131. I got camera on 11th March.2011 by home delivery and paid full money to company. But the Camera I got is not supporting memory card. I have complaint many times with complaint No.- 623100_16 on dated 15th march.2011 and complaint No.- 630003_167 on dated 17th march. 2011 to Company.
