TVS Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Parcel was handled pathetically. Already open and teared. Items like mixer grinder is totally broken. Pressure cooker and frying pan is bend..my recept number is 3950

I sent parcel from kuwait to mumbai via air. All food items. They opened the box and took out food items. They opened food packets and removed dry fruits half packet and kept for themselves.

TVS has thieves working specially in india. during corona also they open food packets and remove food from it.. what ###.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to lodge a complaint against TVS Cargo- Kuwait. I sent a cargo on Feb 9, 2012 from Kuwait - Hyderabad. The total weight was 85 Kgs. I paid all the expenses. I got the cargo in Hyderabad on Mar 3, 2012 after lot of follow-ups. I found most of the items are missing from my cargo.
Following are the items that I lost:
1) Dry fruits (Badam & Kaju)
2) Speaker system
3) Torch Lights
4) Pair of formal shoe
5) Washing liquid
and some ckothes.

Please take strict action against the Company. I tried to chased them but failed to do so.
