Hi, I have sent parcel from Aranthangi to Bangalore on 12th Feb 2015. Supposed to deliver on last Saturday but Till now they not deliver to the receiver. I have called so many times to Bangalore (Kudlu Gate, Madiwala Post) they are not at all respond my phone call. I have directly called to branch manager but he was not picking my call. There is no one to respond customer call. I do not have idea about why these people having branch office...

REG: TV & Accessories damaged in the Parcel while receiving and not covering insurance and telling it is not packed by us.

I am Gopalakrishnan S, Staying in Bangalore, Rajaji Nagar, My Father booked in A-Class category and send the 3 parcels through TVS parcel from Tamil Nadu, Tirunelveli District, Vickramasingapuram.on Aug 20th.2010
Then I received the parcel in Bangalore, Prakash nagar...
