4/4/23 after the some grocery items purchase from Jiomart Application try to pay the amount through UPI and select Twid for money transaction . After the UPI transaction process amount Rs 1778.83, UPI transaction ID[protected], amount debited from my Federal bank account (Screenshot of Gpay is attached along with this mail)but order not placed. On same day i register the complaint in Jiomart customer care and get the ticket no[protected].and...

Dear sir,
i had done a transaction on jiomart on 1st april 2023 for amount 1427 through twid pay account. I had received the message that transaction failed and refund will be given to my sbi card with in 3 to 7 working days . I had not received the refund amount yet i had mailed twid pay customer care several times and there is no proper reply from them.I had attached the message and mail received from twid pay with this complant....
