Dear sir,
i had done a transaction on jiomart on 1st april 2023 for amount 1427 through twid pay account. I had received the message that transaction failed and refund will be given to my sbi card with in 3 to 7 working days . I had not received the refund amount yet i had mailed twid pay customer care several times and there is no proper reply from them.I had attached the message and mail received from twid pay with this complant. Please do the needful.
