I have returned an item to ebay but didnot get the refund till date...

Consignment never delivered and eBay has not helped with the refund claim instead have suspended my account without notice and turned the refund claim not eligible. The seller remains non-traceable and does not answer calls.

This is a case of harbouring convict sellers by eBay, why has this seller not been blacklisted from eBay if he has been doing the same with others since 2015 and may be earlier also.

I have bought a product from uber gadgets through ebay.in on last august 1st. And i have received a wrong product of which i have mentioned. Even though i registered number of complaints against that company to ebay, they didn't even taken a single action. Still now i am trying to contact that company. Simply they are neglecting my calls and mails. Please take a legal action from yourside or else these guys will keeps on making a fake business....
