Unitech guys are not able to provide the possession at right time which was commited for July 2011. An now they are telling that the need 2 yeras more for the possesion. i had book one appartment through affinity solutions pvt. ltd in unitech project unihomes noida in 2009 june. they committed for 2% discount against my appartment. but i am not recd any discount till date....

I purchased a floor from M/s Unitech Ltd. (Unit No. 0018A Block –B, Floor-01- NRUH UNIHOMES (SECTOR 107), UNIWORLD CITY MOHALI, CUSTOMER CODE: UHM0103)on 04.11.09. As a consumer, for the purpose of availing housing loan, I demanded copies of the following documents from them.

I have booked flat in ph-2.I have paid 10% and not signed an agreement.I want to cancel the booking and want my money back.I requested to unitech about this but they are not listening to me.

Could anybody help me? What is the legal procedure to get my money back?
