I booked bus for 9pm but it came 11.30pm...they didn't inform this and no proper response from them... I booked another travels and went.. No money returned back to me.....

My name is nirmalkumar,

I booked 3 tickets on 30th jan 2019 via red bus (S1, s2, s3) from chennai to cuddalore @ 11.45pm bus.

My boarding point : guindy - indian bank atm.

I was waiting for the bus from 30th jan 11.30 pm to 31 jan 1.10 am (Around 1 hour 40 minutes), but was not came for that timing so i am traveled to cuddalore via government bus.

I was called the number which...

I booked tiked a/c busfrom chennai to thiruthuraipoondy through red bus in universal travel. They changed normal bus also boarding point tambaram to solinganallore. My relative travel with one led tv. For laugage they collected 400 rupees. Also he talked rudely.
Kindly take action for high amount collected for laugage. I need to know what is actual laugage cost on private buses.
