Seat booking payment non refundable even though I asked them to cancel it before the course starts

Hi, I applied for a 4months course on upGrad campus. Their brochure had no information regarding the payment policy. I booked a seat at upGrad campus for the course of financial modeling and analysis by making a payment of Rs. 4000. The course fee was structured at Rs 82600 which includes GST. The agent called me the very next day for the balance payment . He told me they accept EMI payments through credit cards and loans only. I said that...
