Hello,
Our Volvo bus got cancelled by up govt on 5th April, 11.30 p.m from Kashmiri gate to rishikesh and 9th April, 8.30 a.m from rishikesh to kashmiri gate.
We have send multiple mails and did several calls but still didn't get the refund of 6 tickets.Its been more than a month now. Kindly refund full amount of 6 tickets asap.

I have booked two tickets from KAUSHAMBI to FARRUKHABAD and paid online from the UPSRTC website.But on the day of travel i got message that trip has been cancelled but refund has not initiated.Below are the details:-Kindly look into it.
