On[protected] I submitted a refund form Sl no 000202 to depot manger At Dhampur Disstt Bijnor UP. and he assured me to refund my balance amount within month and credit in my bank account (Bank detail already provided in said refund form Sl no 000202.
I am very sorry to say that till date no resolution done at all.
You are requested to please look into the matter and refund my balance amount along with intresst @18%...

Dear sir,
Mname is Ankit kumar, smart card registration number BRTBR[protected], registration date 29/06/2015, on given date i applied for a smart card. Still i did not get it. No toll free number for smart card is working.
Kindly help me and resolve this.
