I purchased an electric brush cleaner scrubber for rs 2990/- on 28th jan and received the same on 31st jan 2020. I paid cash on delivery. On opening the packet i found that the extension rod does not fit into the slot so as to lock the same. I sent a complaint via e-mail to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com on the same day of receipt. As per their terms mentioned in the site, they expect me to ship the entire product to them...

I purchase hair trimming machine on urban sauda.com and then i received a product which is used and full of scrathes as if it is old. Now when i am contacting their number, it is not contactable and also i had mailed them the problem for which i had not received any reply.
Also the company is e portal and the mail which i has send is not responded to.
I want to make people aware that the company is fraud and looting people and...
