I booked online tickets for 2 people on utconline.uk.gov.in but under Booking section it is showing booking failed also the money has been deducted from bank account....

Hi,
I booked a bus service from Dehradun to Gurugram for 02nd Jan but it was cancelled due to drivers strike. I sent email to UTC helpdesk and followed the same thrice but nobody bothered to even acknowledge the email. I am really disappointed with the service. However in the past they did refund within few days but this time they not responding. I am attaching the ticket screenshot for reference....

My Money got deducted from bank account but ticket was not booked.
Also I didn't got my money refund.
Their helpline number does not work and nobody reply on my complaint email that I sent.
Their customer care system is useless....
