Hi,
I booked a bus service from Dehradun to Gurugram for 02nd Jan but it was cancelled due to drivers strike. I sent email to UTC helpdesk and followed the same thrice but nobody bothered to even acknowledge the email. I am really disappointed with the service. However in the past they did refund within few days but this time they not responding. I am attaching the ticket screenshot for reference.
