site does not give name of scheme in redemption option - says it does not exist

My Father had invested in UTI UNIT SCHEME, 1964 (CLAUSE 11). We want to know latest status of it.
Physical certificate available with us.

The bonds matured in 2009, I have been writing mails to the concerned department, but haven't received any response yet.

I have taken CGG[censored]nits in my daughter's name starting from the year 1990. The units are in the name of Kumari Niha Zaman. The scheme was to mature on 15/10/2010.
The scheme was to start taking 130 units every year from the date of birth and maturity value was Rs.1, 00, 000/. I have unit certificates with me and due to continuing transfers and other reasons, I couldn't file for claims.
Please help me in locating these certificates and current value of the certificates. And also help in redeeming the same or direct to the person, who will help me.

For redemption, my father was personally visiting uti office at aasharam road, ahmedabad, gujarat. But not getting solutions and proper answer. Also providing customer care number which is not connected till now.

Why you not providing redemption service online or at home for senior citizens?

My humble request to uti authority to look into the matter and resolve it.

I had purchased 200 units of cggf-1986 on[protected] and the date of maturity was[protected]. The company didnot inform me about the matter. However after making repeated visits to uti service centre, halasur, bengaluru, i have submitted the policy with necessary bank detais documents in september 2019. I had purchased CGGF-1986 on 18/10/1997 and the same matured on 09/08/2018. There was no information from UTI regarding the status. However taking lot of troublr I was able to obtain a form for redemption of the amount due. Since I was made to approach the UTI office many times without any clarity regarding the formalities to be followed, I was able to complete the filling of the form with account details of my daughter Ms.Surabhi.R.Jaathe in Sepember 2019 and submitted the request to the UTI office situated in Halasur, Bengaluru. Unit trust of india, rajlakshmi unit plan (Ii) (Rup ii) (Clause xi), membership no. [protected] dated on 10/11/1995 and membership no. [protected] in the name of my two daughters karuna jacob date of maturity being 10/11/2011 and dona jacob date of maturity being 10/11/2012 respectively.

For karuna jacob its been 7 years and dona jacob its been 6 years, that we have not enquired about this scheme, now we are in need of instructions to redeem the money and where we can approach them. We also would like to know how many units have been added and how much can be redeemed (We had 500 units dated on 10/11/1995 each)

Kindly note that we have changed our permanent resident address, thus we have not received any further forms from 2004.

Can you please provide me the details the how to redeem the money from this scheme immediately.
