Uts Railway Complaints & Reviews

I booked a seasonal pass of 3 months of Rs. 590 on 13/03/2023 and a month pass of Rs. 215.
Kindly refund the same....

Team i have done the transaction twice to book monthly pass on uts app twice amount deducted but pass is not generated i m contacting since 9july till date one amount they have refunded and for second amount mailed me that amount we have not received i am adding the photos of the bank statement for the reference need a positive reply from your end
