I took admission in the institute on 25/9/17 in the name ritu prasad in bsc biotechnology and withdrawn my admission on 27/9/17, as their was issues related to my name. I have given them an application regarding my issue but they are not ready to listen and says will not refund my admission fee. They are not following the ugc rule for refund. It has been 25 days since i send complaint to ugc but the nodal officer o[censored]ttaranchal university...

I have changed my name in gazette of india but not in 10& 12th certificate. Uttaranchal university gave me admission in my old name as they don't follow the gazette process for name change. I realised that all my documents i, e income certificate, caste certificate etc are in my new name and it will be very difficult for me to change them in my old name, so i decided to cancel my admission within a day after admission but they are not refunding...
