VANDANA MARUEL is a big Fraud

The Builder VANDANA MARUEL who is a big Fraud .I booked 1 flat unit area for each flat of 250 Sqft in January 8. I paid entire amount by 2011 and was promised that the project will be completed soon. We are in 2013 and still the building is not completed and in really bad shape. There is no sign of water and electricity supply and people who are staying in the building are in really bad shape.. He has given the possession but without Electricity...

I have faced multiple issues from the VANDANA MARUEL builder

I have booked a flat in VANDANA MARUEL, Project Named – VANDANA MARUEL Residency , Sec 135 Bangalore Expressway last year[protected] . Its been close to an year and i have faced multiple issues from the VANDANA MARUEL builder. I was allocated a already booked unit in Tower 1 by mistake from the builder , they even charged me and took the booking amount cheque in favor of the same tower I, I even have the photocopies of that with me.
