The Builder VANDANA MARUEL who is a big Fraud .I booked 1 flat unit area for each flat of 250 Sqft in January 8. I paid entire amount by 2011 and was promised that the project will be completed soon. We are in 2013 and still the building is not completed and in really bad shape. There is no sign of water and electricity supply and people who are staying in the building are in really bad shape.. He has given the possession but without Electricity and water connection. How a common man can survive in such scenario. I even cannot rent it out due to this reason and completely stuck. I would have gained good money if I have invested somewhere else. Now, Builder is not returning my money as I do not want the flat. Please be aware and him. If any authority is reading my complaint, please take strict action against him, so that he should not cheat other. Was this information helpful? |
