I was ordered london men's cotton casual standard fit 5 solid shirts siz :xl but i received of shirts is very poor quality and different colour & london looks 3 comport fite demim jeans size 34 received date :18/10/2016 time :2.30 pm jeans colour & qauality also very bad so please return the product my order no :cin 554012 & cin 553985 refund the cash.

When i call to vendor on this no[protected] he told me call to another no[protected] when i called this no he told me in hindi "ap company per case kar du, and he gave me another no[protected] this person not picking my call.
Is this the way to talk with customer. I need proper written explanation.
I really feel shame i used this company courier.
