Dear all, I have booked a flat from VASCON MONALISA South Bangalore. At that time the company broker said that the company will provide my flat in 2 years. I have booked a Ground Floor flat in this project but till now I did not get anything from their side. VASCON MONALISA HSR Layout did not give one single response and I am still waiting. I have visited their Chitranjan Park Office many a times, but every time they said in 3 to 4 months...

Never in your life don’t trust this VASCON MONALISA . Their marketting guys are very clever in cheating and selling their properies to middle class people by offering "New project", independent homes are cheaper cost. Once you booked your house, you will become a scapegoat automatically. They will not comply with their words during marketing the property ( timelines to handover the house) Marketing department and Office executives...
