Dear all, I have booked a flat from VASCON MONALISA South Bangalore. At that time the company broker said that the company will provide my flat in 2 years. I have booked a Ground Floor flat in this project but till now I did not get anything from their side. VASCON MONALISA HSR Layout did not give one single response and I am still waiting. I have visited their Chitranjan Park Office many a times, but every time they said in 3 to 4 months work will start. Later they said after giving the plot possession and no. VASCON MONALISA HSR Layout will start the work of the project. But till now I did not get any response from their side. I asked him whether it is possible to get back my money. They said that they would, but i will have to submit the original receipt of booking, bank statement and all other original papers of flat and in coming five months they would return back my money. Now the five month has been over but no response once again. Hereby. I request to those people to please give me the apartment or refund my money at soon. If anybody have any idea or rule to get back my money from this VASCON MONALISA HSR Layout fraud company, please let me know. Was this information helpful? |
