On 15th August 2023, I crossed Vashi toll naka around 3.50PM with my vehicle no. MH46AP5954, that time fast tag scanner didn't work so person at toll naka scan my fast tag manually with scanning machine and again after 50 mins around 4.40 PM amount got deducted....

Car no MH 02 FY 6415 - date 17/07/2023 - time 9.04 AM. I passed thru this toll on the above mentioned date and time. The toll was charged twice to my card . Once at 9.04 AM and another at 9.07 AM. This is cheating, if not mistake. Pls refund the excess charged...

The Vashi Toll plaza of Mumbai connecting Mumbai & Navi Mumbai is getting delayed and the traffic is only because of this toll. The fasttag readers are very adultered which takes lot hell of time to scan the tags, ultimately leading to heavy traffic on both sides of the toll. Even after months after making fasttag mandatory, the said plaza is still allowing vehicles with same charges (no 2x charge as defined). It implies that the toll also...

Even though NHAI has put in place a yellow line rule. Vashi toll plaza does not follow it. when they are asked about it, they say they are mot aware of such a rule. When authorities puts rules in place it is their responsibility as well to make sure that the rules are being followed. You will see several traffic cops stationed at the plaza, but how is it that the rule is only for consumer....
