This so called AUTOMAX scratch remover and headlight polish doesn't even work as it was demonstrated through an advertisement on facebook.in . It's a total scam and I must demand for a refund. The product manufactured by: AUTOMAX, marketed by: VENDEXA as it says also provides the contact address as [protected]@ecommercemedia.in...

I did make payment online through UPI but delivery person said it is updated as COD item..so he took away my parcel back...

Now I am trying the customer care number it is switched off..I have paid 749 it's my hard-earned money and I want it back...

Their ad featured regularly on 'Facebook'. This was about car scratch remover. I orderderd it online by COD. The goods arrived promptly but see the attached photo - it does not work.
Mails to the company at "[protected]@ecommercemedia.in" is not getting any response.
This clearly seems a fake product - as the product does not mention company address, telephone number, etc. But it carries the 'make in India'logo.

I ordered AirPods pro from this vendexa website and this is completely a wrong and fake product. This is a big blunder from their side. This is how they treated their customers by sending them a fake product. The packaging is also very local. I spent 1999 rs for this stupid fake product. Seeing the add in Facebook I have ordered No 295042AT scratch repair wax polish for Rs 849/- for 100ml. But I received car engine cleaning liquid 50ml through shipkart.When I tried to mail [protected]@vendexa.in, the mail ID is fake....

I order for d product from the demo company showing on Facebook, Company showing spray bottle for solving scratches on car but delivered product in simple bottle . Like that way misguide consumers . Secondly product description mention that it should use on engine, it’s create confusion. So d product exactly use for engine or body of the car....

Had ordered scratch remover for cars. The product received is a v small bottle unlike what was advertised and does not remove any scratches at all.
I paid Rs 849 /- by cash and want a refund asap.

Hi team manager how to return you product because wrong product deliverd. I ordered hair removal spray. Deliverd me after waxing moisturizer lotion. Pl solved my problem immediately....

I ordered hair remover inhibitor from vendexa last month but they have delivered after wax lotion and that also two bottles, i emailed them but no reply till date. They charged me 1000 rs. And did not give me right products.

So please assist to either get the right product or my money back. This is completely useless.
