I'm a 2nd year Engineering student who joined for their AWS Cloud Computing online course. Me and my friend paid 5500 rupees, on 29th Jan 2023, as they claimed that Rs 1000 was for registration and the rest 4500 was for the course for which we would get minor and major project, when we finish them, we would be getting the certificates. We got access to LMS in the first month itself, which later in April, had all the recorded teaching videos...

I was part of verzeo internship April batch 2022, I needed some help from their side for academic purposes and I have constantly been trying every number associated with verzeo and also mailed to [protected]@verzeo but got no response. I had lost my minor project description and needed it to make my internship report
I also needed the evaluation report from the coordinator but no one seema to be respond!

In the month of January I applied the course for genetic engineering program for the duration of June to July and paid the full amount.. In March I talked to them regarding the lms they said that they preponed my classes to April batch. On april 5 i recieved the link of induction session and after that i contacted them via mails they said that they will mail me the agenda as soon as possible. But now I have not recieved any mail regarding the classes . once i called regarding the refund said that we could not refund your money.

Me and my 2 friends joined for web development with IBM course at Verzeo. We paid 5500 rupees, as they claimed that internship certificate is co partnered with IBM. And when we received the certificates there was nothing mentioned about IBM in the internship certificate.It shows that we did our internship in partnership with Immensphere. We tried to contact them many times in several contact numbers but all of them deleted WhatsApp and switched off their phones.They even removed their mail id. We seriously doubt this as a fraud company who uses other reputed companies name in order to claim money from students.

Here by i endorse my payment receipt (registration + rest of the amount) and the certificates received by us.

We request you to take strict actions against this company. We need full refund of the amount paid by us if they are not willing to produce the certificates.

At 16th October i had done my payment process for pre registration of data science internship.They are receive my money but now they are not responding properly that's why i want my money back.Please help me to get my money back from smarknower verzeo internship. I had already send a lot of mails to [protected]@verzeo.com

I'm very inconvenient with the verzeo team management due to I get very late and rude responses from them and I always have to bug for the updates from the course which I was enrolled for ML with python.
They conduct webinars if we participated in that, then they said this course had limited seats so available for first 10 students only and they were try to made us to do the payment on the day. They contacted us constantly, without giving us much time to think about this course.If you registered and they will not refund our money back. They did not even care to share with us about the company policy.They focus only for money and registrations from the students but not on the problems of the student
So friends don't waste your money and time with this company. Save your self from them

I had applied for a course for Machine learning in company named verzeo .they mentioned to that as i was student they would give me a discount and my course fees came upto 3500 so later they said to that i needed to pay 1024(24 gateway charges) for pre- registration as my batch would start from august..so my college itself was conducting a course in machine learning in campus itself so i wanted to withdraw my seat from verzeo and I mailed it to their support team and they said it was non -refundable as per their company policy..but they didn't mention any of this before and also one of their associate had said that fee was refunded if i wanted to drop the course and also they have not even clearly mentioned about their course refund policy...also all educational websites have 15days return policy after joining the course..but in this case i dint even join the course...so i want my 1024 rupees back

Verzeo no refund fraud -
I buyed course which they forced me to da fast registration of 1000 and later paid 2000. Every website provides 15 days refund if don't like course. Also verzeo website policy includes refund policy but never contacts and urges to change month and aginst their self made policy.
I want my 3000 refund back.

I am a engineering student from TOCH INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, KERALA. 12 students from our college joined this company's internship program. We were made to do the payment on the day we checked about the course. They contacted us constantly, without giving us much time to think about this course and made us do the payment. They did not even care to share with us about the company policy. Now, it was told from our college that we would be given internship opportunity with lesser price than the other internships. We.12 students asked for a refund regarding this and they said the amount was paid to company's account and it can not be given back. They were in a hurry to contact us while we were registering for the course now as we need to withdraw, they are trying to avoid us. We all had paid 1000rs each...the incident happened on February 6th. This is not a small amount of money for each o[censored]s. LMS portal is not created for any o[censored]s too. As we paid the registration amount of 1000rs, now they are constantly messaging us through mail and WhatsApp to complete the balance transaction of 4000rs, then only we would be able to attend the class. I'm Shweta Singh and I'm a college student. Recently I received a call from Verzeo regarding their internship programs. I applied for Business Analytics course and they asked me to pay Rs 1000 pre payment fees within 15 minutes as the link will be open for this much time only.
When I asked them about the refund policy in any case they said just contact me I'll help you out.
Later when I received the curriculum it wasn't upto my expectations. So I decided to withdraw my application but they said there is no refund policy.
When I asked them earlier they never once told me about this.
Also, they never told me that the contract is for 18+ and as I'm still under 18 it was never once asked from me about my birth date or age.
They never educated me fully or asked for the full details which are required according to their policy. My right to consumer education was exploited and I wish a refund as the contract stands invalid due to the ground that as on 25 July, 2021 I was not 18+

I am a college student. During this COVID 19 situation, when we were searching for internships, a guy called from Verzeo promising me an online internship program. He shared me the details of the program. I checked their website. It convinced me with assured Microsoft gold certification on completion of internship. This is was a 2 months program. In the first month they would have taken the classes on machine learning and 2nd month we will...

I'm a student who joined for their digital marketing online course. Me and my friends paid 3500 rupees, as they claimed that internship certificate is co partnered with Google and course certificate is co partnered with IIT. We students paid money for those reputations. They even produced a sample certificate. And when we received the certificates there was nothing mentioned about IIT in the course certificate, similarly me and my friend received internship certificates from 2 different companies. We seriously doubt his as a fraud company who uses other reputed institutions name in order to claim money from students.
