money transfer

this is manish kumar gautam from jaipur rajasthan. i usually use via for money transfer. i found via is the best option for money transfer but the distributor in this company are not so good. one of the distributor of jaipur named Mr. Rakesh stopped my services while blaming me that i gave him a fake note of 2000 but its not true. first thing he should check the note right then in front of me but he is telling me after 30 minutes...

refund not given even the booked train cancelled

I booked a train ticket (reservation from h nizamuddin to kota)through via world agent in kota (rajasthan).The train got cancelled. when I contact agent for refund , he told me there is no refund if booked through VIA-WORLD. I contacted to customer care of via world he told me that agent has to fill a form for refund and after that I can hve my money back.I told the agent and he told me that he did the formalities.Agent told...

SHAMELESS COMPANY VIA WORLD

I Sumit Kochar has taken Agency of Via World I had a very Bad Experience with it, I booked an rail ticket, In my ticket the company has written that t their your booking has been aborted and amount will be refunded to you in 20 minutes.but after 30 minutes i made the aborted ticket again and again same problem. after 1 hour both tickets were booked.and i have an big loss. I kept a request to Customer care of Via World at the beginning stage...
