Sim replacement in national roaming
Vodafone denying to provide basic facility of sim replacement in national roaming and insisting to visit home circle for it.i m in jammu and facing issues with sim but the vodafone care Insisting me to visit delhi for sim change. Before voda idea merger, idea hsed to give service of sim replacemnt in pan india.Pathetic service from vodafone

Changes without my permission

My Vodafone Mobile No - [protected]
My old plan is MSEB_UL_20GB_147 i am not activated any new plan OR no written to VI to change my plan.
Why did the plan change without my permission. i use this card & I pay bills so no one changes plans without my permission.
send me a new bill with corrections.
Same case happened with me about a change in tariff plan without any intimation & i tried to visit the local vodafone store office but no solution came to me.
Need explanation ASAP...

Poor customer service

Dear sir/mam,
Firstly i would like to mention that i am a vodafone customer for more than a decade now & i have always paid my bills & have built a good credit limit.
I am a customer that lerps traveling overseas & when i come to india for a month i resume my internet service back until i go back.
On may 9th 2017 i arrived india and called vodafone customer service to activate my data pack rs250/ 1gb plan as usual.
The cust rep told me that i am eligible for 9gb free data spreaded over 3months & told me that he will activate it over the ohine & you can enjoy the service as a valuable customer. Based on the information provided by the customer representative i started usung my internet and i started getting msgs that i have been charged rs500 for using 1mb data.
I was curious and called up vodafone customer service again & iwas informed that the earlier rep didn't activate my plan and gave me wrong information as the plan gets activated via vodafone app. I was upset and just asked the rep to simply activate 250/1gb data plan as didn't have time to deal over the phone.
I went to the vodafone mini store in mira road. And gave a complaint about the whole scenario, also requested the rep to wave my 499fee that i have been charged for using internet data as its not my fault i was wrongly informed. He told me in the counter i have sent the request & i will hear about it in 2 days. On the 3rd day i called vodafone customer service again to find out. The cust reo was incompetent and rude as usual & i inquired abt the waiver that was requested earlier at the vodafone store. The rep told me my manger will call you in regards to this and till today i have not received any call from a manager from the 1st call that i made, i was told a manager will call but never called.
I feel very sad to work with such a company that i have been with gor such a ling tume & dint at all value their customers. Competition us tuff in your market its very easy to switch to another company.
I would appreciate if someone from the high authority would look in too this matter & take care if my concern. Orelse i will have to go to the consumer court to take it to the next level fo mistreating the valuable customers.
Overall i am highly dissatisfied with the service quality.
