I had booked flight tickets through them under their website varafi.com. However they said that flight has got cancelled and they will refund me the money. It has been a 10 days and they are not refunding it. Their executives have no clue as to when will I get the refund and keep on saying that it will take 24-48 hours more....

I had booked a round trip from Delhi to Goa for 22nd July. The same got cancelled by the airlines, and I had requested for the refund on 19th July from the company (Travolook). I was said that it will be received within 30-40 days. I have been misled by their customer executives for almost 3 months that refund will be processed, it will be received within 3-4 days. I have been on multiple calls, waiting with their customer care executives....
