I have had worldspace connection from 2006, as it was a Birthday gift for my wife. The connection was in the name of Sangeeta Rupesh Pillai. Ever since we had purchased the same, we've had trouble listening to uniterrupted music. Everytime I log a complain or call the technician, they say it is because of trees in the surrounding, signal is not received properly (why do they run business if they have problems in signal reception???)....

World space promised me to provide 1 return ticket from-to anywhere in India as a part of reviewal offer in 2007. It has been more then a year of following up with them on phone, till date I have not received the tickets. I have logged the complaint on thier website also but no result.
