Product package not recieved and the seller is not responding to calls and messages

I placed an order for a kurti in November 2022 and another kurti in February 2023. Two of my products are pending, not yet delivered since last 3 months. I have made the full payment for my order, the seller is not responding to calls and messages. Few weeks back seller told me that the products are dispatched but delayed. When I asked for tracking details, she did not send. Now my calls and messages are avoided. I asked for the refund but not giving my refund.

I have placed an order for a kurti in November 2022 and another kurti in February 2023. Both my Kurtis have not yet delivered by Youniquestree. When I ask about my package, since last month the owner is saying that it has dispatched. When ask her for the details/ tracking details of my package, she ignores the message and does not reply. She keeps lying about the package delivery everytime. Since so many days I'm sending her messages, but she is not replying. She is also not refunding my money. Also not responding or attending my phone calls.

Not delivering a product from more than half year and neither refund us
I came here for the 2nd time for the obvious our famous personality owner o[censored]niquestree owner who supposed to deliver her clients orders and if order delivery is not possible then she must refund us...
But this mohtarma..is some badges to her shoulder...badges like shamelessness, rudeness, complete package of fraud...
Please refund us...or I will urge govt and cyber cell to find her and take legal action against her and her business...
this is not about 500rs or 1000rs it's is 6000rs or so
And I can see that this page owner has robbed same number of amount from many...so she should be punished...
I will be great if people who comming to complaint about her will connect with me so that we can take action against this fraud...

They took order and keep lying about my order I payed amount 2700 upfront and was super excited about my order slowly slowly my messages were ignored i kept asking updates no response when she said it's dispatched i asked for tracking number she keeps lying about the deadline which is ### she keeps lying about the dispatch and speed post service because any shipping organisation would properly give tracking number and details of orders as soon as it is picked up but she keeps lying on every other message her statement changes and the replies are rude and derogatory towards consumers I filed multiple complaints and after this complaint I will file an FIR against this account she took the order made me pay and then conveniently lies and throws religiously derogatory remarks in chats and ignores messages

I ordered a dress set which they misinformed me the deadline in the first place i waited waited and waited but got nothing but lies in return they said dispatched even when the products were not dispatched and kept lying repeatedly they have took my money via bank transfer and now refuse to be truthful about my order or my money

I have ordered five kurtis them worth 5000INR, and gave full amount to place my order, after that i asked the owner to provide me within 22 days as i have to send it to Ahmedabad, she agreed and promised but after 3 days i texted saying you have not even sending me any updates or anything she didn’t even read text or pick call, blocked my number. And not replying i don’t even need the dress anymore just want my money back. I’m attaching the screenshot of everything. Please help me I trusted her and got SCAMMED

Didn't Received Ordered Product from Last 6 months
I have ordered saree from youniquestree before 6 months.
and God know, what she is doing from last 6 months. I have messaged her a lot then she gives a reply in a single message that is also " your product of for the delivery" " your product gets missing" "Next week you will get your product" and then "I am preparing your product" but fact is I am just getting a message once in a month and not actual product and I don't think I will ever get.
I think even If I order something from other country still I will get my order within 1 month max.
I don't know from where she belongs may be from other universe...
And Complaining here just to get her business down so that she would be able to fraud anyone and ofcourse for getting my money back...

Regarding parcel not yet received
I have order one kurti on 11th January 2023 and till date I haven't received my parcel. They said it will take 20 days to delivery but it's almost 1 month haven't received a parcel even they do not send tracking ID. They even don't reply to our messages or gives us any update of our parcel

I have placed and order on instagram on 10th of January 2023 worth 3200/- rs and its 12th February I haven’t received my order yet i am calling them since a week and not getting any response not getting any reply from them either. They are not giving me the dispatch details i am trying to connect them on whatsapp and instagram both but its seems like they aren’t interested at all to answer my question.

After complaining here twice, they asked me to remove my complaint nd then they had sent me 1 useless kurti but i didn't received the second one yet, the dress i received was very tight i ordered medium size and i had paid 300rs extra for zip but they didnt attached zip nd sent me small size dress after cutting out s size label nd now they are not exchanging my dress its too tight there is little margin available but thats not enough for me even zip is not attached( i had paid extra 300rs for zip) i told them to exchange it, they said to return it via post i agreed but they r not sending their address nd details, nor coming for pickup, not even returning my money, fedup of this owner, cheating everyone with fake reviews, nd they had looted many customers i will attach screenshots of some customers, please help me, please do the needful 🙏

They haven't dispatched my order, lying about the dispatch there's no tracking number nothing. On top of it there's so many more complaints which I came to know about after placing order had I known before I would've avoided. But now they've taken my money not sending my order ignoring my messages and lying left right and centre please help!

Fraud - took money 2 months ago and products not delivered
I have placed an order on 21st October 2022 for 3 kurtas and paid 5200INR. Its been 2 months and the owner - Simran Manchanda is neither picking up my call nor replying to the messages on whatsapp or instagram. I had placed order considering how responsive she has been initially prior the payment but later she is just fiddling around and has disappeared. Kindly look into the same and expedite my complaint for swift resolution.
