I had ordered yourbox subscription and have not received the product yet. I had ordered it 2 months back and the status is still showing not shipped. Now the site is showing temporarily out of service.

I tried contacting them but they dont reply to mails, messages and calls....

This a monthly subscription box that i ordered on 7th of june for the month of june. the cost of the bag was 1499/- and 150/- shipping charges. so i paid in total of rs 1649/-.
According to them, they dispatch the bag after 20th of a month and its been more then a month, i havent got the box. i tried to contact them through mail and whatsapp but haven't got any reply from them....
