Zapvi Complaints & Reviews

I have ordered 3 phone cases from Zapvi and received such on 17 th October. One of the case was defective and hence I claimed replacement or refund provided by company if complaint within 3 days of receiving but they haven't been replying to my complaint in there provided mail I'd [protected]@zapvi.in.
It's been 9 days since I have complaint and they claim to reply within3-6 hours 24*7 days...

Sir, I should Need my package urgent.Because, it's Birthday gift to my friend.

You didn't supporting me nearly 9days over.

The worst Dehlivery showing vehicle delayed in same place in 4th day also.

Here after, I don't buy any products from your Zapvi website.

Mobile case ordered for Google Pixel 4a
Incorrect case delivered. ( The case was smaller than the phone itself and the quality is low too)
When asked for a refund, the company refuses to initiate one....

Ordered back covers 2 No's for mobile phone[protected] order no) on 26/08/22.amount 258rs.promised to deliver the covers through blue dart courier on 1/9/22.but still not despatched to me.very poor customer and delivery service from blue dart and as well as Zapvi....

I had ordered a mobile cover from zapvi and had not received it tracking number is SF[protected]PIC...

The tracking is not working for me and I am continuously trying to contact the helpdesk. They are not responding properly

I have placed order on 8th July 2022, and it was expected to deliver by 12 July 2022, But still I haven't received the order.
If I track order it says that they tried to attempt delivery on 12th July but nor did I got any call nor someone came for delivery.
This is an insane service. I want my money back....

I have order mobile case on Zapvi website on 26th Jun'22 & today is 3rd Jul'22, but still my order not received yet....

I placed order on 25th of june through their website and paid money in advance but 4 days spent they didn't dispatch my order I msg them and after 2 days they dispatched and now parcel showed deliver but I didn't receive....

Poor not came from your side delivery not came zapvi customer care poor not working poor...

I ordered two products from zapvi website and also paid the amount but I didn't received the product. I sent email to their help desk, they told me to wait for 7 days and now they're not replying any of my emails. And the order tracking details showing that the order is returned back to source....

Fishy company. No customer care number. And inefficient people.
I have placed orders for mobile covers, but by mistake the model no. was selected was wrong. That's why I asked them to replace my order for the correct model no. After a lot of email exchanges and videos and pictures sent, they are saying that they cannot replace the wrong item. What kind of company does that? Every company is bound to replace the item. And I am not...

Hello, The Zapvi has not delivered my product yet .About 15 days are over but now also I've not got it.The courior service also haven't contacted me.Its now being hopeless.Please resolve it as soon as possible.They haven't refunded me my money to me. I ordered the oneplus covers from zapvi and received broken and not not usable products. I raised a complaint on the same on their customer support id but did not receive any resolution for the same.
