I have paid an amount of 699 for the annual subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through phonepe upi and accordingly it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received through phonepe end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show.
I have raised complaint in the app as well but there was no response....

Saregamapa is a singing reality show but here talented contestants get eliminated and the people who never learn music are finalist because of their sympathetic background stories. It's not a charity show, the main focus should be on talent not on background of any contestant. my complaint is against a serial of zeetv named 'hitler didi'.in this show a little girl and his mother hitler didi are very careless about haryanvi culture. i am not completely against the serial but i only want to say that the character hitler didi shows that haryanvi culture is very rude towards women and that is totally false.i can not bear the insult of my culture....
