A few days ago my credit of zong is lapsed and i contacted this to a frachisenear bhati chowk Lahore .the manger of frnchise tell me you must recharge your account with 250 amount for recovery of balance lapsed i act opon his advice and make reqeust to give me Card of amount 300 .but he insisted that to give me easyload.and he load 250 and i paid Rs 250 when i inquierd balance is 0 i told this to manger...

I have balance of 13.96 after one day i check it so my balance was 2.41.i dont message and have no call and have no internet setting in my mobile(black berry 8100).
and when i call to call center they told me that you connect internet 21 times.and they cut my balance so inquiry about my conection[protected].
and inform me about this operation.
