Two persons from Byju's visited for my daughter (Apeksha Sharma) for free demo class in Feb 24. For this I was asked for the registration on the Byju's website for the premium service with EMI facility on Debit Card.

Dedicated teacher was promised for the student and routine monitoring of student progress was promised. I received the kit with in 7 days. I haven't taken any class through Byju's as no teacher contacted for the course.
He assured me to get the confirmation call before start of the premium service. After confirmation only the payment will be processed for course.
From then I haven't got the any call either from Byju's or by their any staff.
I on 30 May 24, come to notice EMI amount is getting debited from my account.
I contacted Byju's for cancellation and refund of Fee as student haven't taken any class and neither any teacher assigned for the course as promised.
They are now saying no cancellation is permitted now. I am feeling cheated from them. Was this information helpful? |
