I have been asking to pay 18k then when I complained then they showed a bill of 12k but they are not providing every month bill the behaviour of the customer care was not good they are not helpful i need the full details of 12k they are like the bill is for 13months n if I’m not paying for 13months then why you didn’t cut the power supply but the bill which I used to receive was only 95 130rs now suddenly it came 12k I want the full details of my electric consumption customer id is [protected]
