Today is 1st may its already more than 3 hours no electric supply and also no support team responding. No technical team came in our location. In this pathetic situation no one responding

    Frequent power cuts and voltage fluctuations

    Load Shedding and Low Voltage problems

    I had raised a docket number on 10/05/23. Docket no-[protected]. But no person visited the premises. The customer care service is the worst. They hang up the phone or give the same excuse that person will visit your premises very soon. I even mailed to cesc.[protected]@rp-sg.in on 11 th May 2023 but no revert mail nor call was received. It is as if we are knocking on closed doors. They need timely bill payment or else they disconnect the supply but...

    I am really fed up with cesc service. One hand only as and display is given that cesc service is going wonderful...but in reality it's totally ###...
    I have been giving complaints regarding my low voltage problem for the last few months ..but still the problem is continuing without any action from cesc .. I stay in behala rabindranagar and I m facing it right now also ..fan is just running in 5 but it seems only running in 3 .....

    Supply off every alternative day in a particular building

    Sir,
    We are facing supply off for almost every alternative day in 700079 area for almost 7hrs at a stretch. Today, i.e. on 31st may 2023, supply gone for only one particular building and no technical team visited the site inspite of repeated calls from the area localities.
    Calls to customer executives were disconnected deliberately without addressing the issue. This kind of deteriorated service from cesc is not tolerable....

    I paid my bill of Rs 1420 on 06.04.23 [CESC Kolkata LT Electricity Consumption Bill Customer ID [protected]/CONS Number [protected]]
    by net banking from ICICI account (i mobile). The amount is duly deducted from my account.

    REF in Bank statement is ..BIL/ONL/[protected]/CESC Ltd/CESC_YICI1

    But receipt still not generated .It shows payment still pending.

    Kindly reverse payment IMMEDIATELY...

    Non generation of electricity bill receipt.
