[Resolved]  Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Monthly bill on estimated basis in respect of Consumer no.[protected] and Consumer ID [protected]

It is observed that for last few months, monthly bills are being raised on estimated basis although regular consumption is happening against my above mentioned Consumer ID.
For example, actual meter reading as on 24.12.2021(date on which your personnel had noted the reading by visiting my meter) was 9384.So, units consumed for December, 2021 should be 61, but bill raised is for 23 units.
Kindly, look into the matter and arrange to set right the position so that bills are raised on actual consumption basis for the month of January, 2022.
