[Resolved]  Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — New Meter Connection Request

I have raised another request (05/06645/22) with CESC for new meter connection which got rejected again on grounds that there is an existing connection available.
I already informed inspection officer that existing meter belongs to previous flat owner as it was a resell property and that he would retain the meter for his purpose.
Hence, I had placed a new meter connection instead of name transfer for existing meter.

But unfortunately I am being informed to visit CESC office which is hard as I'm also working from Monday to Saturday and the CESC office remains closed on Sunday.
Even I have written to CESC support email but there is no response from long time.

Kindly help here to get the required support for processing my new connection.

CESC executive told different thing during site visit and confirmed that new meter installation would be done in few days but CESC letter states something else and is asking for name transfer which is not possible.
Hence, requesting for a solution to help with new meter installation.
