Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — payment of bill

I paid my previous month's bill via phone pay on 24 november 2019. The amount was of rupees 860. But cesc denies that money has not been credited to their account. I visited my bank as well as contacted the phone pay support they said that the transaction was successful. On 30 th November i pay a bill through amazon pay upi, but this month i got green bill. Amazon says payment was successful but cesc says they didnt get the amount. I want my money back. I am giving you the proof.

yesterday i got this month bill including previous month bill, but i paid previous month bill earlier, and got payment confirmation by mail from cesc.

kindly deduct previous month bill amt and send new one.
