Sir, I want to place on record that my tenant Gayatri Ghatak died in the year 2020, ( cust ID [protected] ) . Now you have changed the name Gayatri Ghatak / Malabika Roychowdhury without taking my permission. Any allteration or addition on the name of consumer in the bill without taking the permission from the Landlord is strictly illegal. Further l have not given such permission to do so. So kindly take note of the fact that such act on your part should be withdrawn immediately.
