Dear Sir/Madam,
I, the undersigned would like to bring to your notice that the bill sent for April 2021 by CESC is absolutely illogical and unacceptable. Till March 2021 all the bills have been paid by me which you can clearly check in your database. With my mother staying alone at our Kolkata house, how can the billed units be "645" and amount be "Rs 5193.32".
When clearly as per your records only, in the latest bill the units consumed since the last six months starting from November 2020 are as follows:
11/20 - 179 units.
12/20 - 171 units.
01/21 - 149 units
02/21 - 139 units.
03/21 - 100 units
04/21 - 645 units.
So, I have left for my college on 4th February, 2021 as am doing my PhD at NIT Rourkela. So when my mother is staying alone as my dad passed away on 26.03.2020, how come in the month of April the units is 645 units??
Hence, in these times when people are losing lives, it feels very bad for such a blunder from CESC's end of sending such a huge amount by billing incorrect units. Kindly look into the matter and provision a solution as it is absolutely impossible to pay such a huge amount for erroneous billing.
