Dear Sir, We like to draw your attention towards our problems which we have to face every day. A group of vegetable businessman who are carrying a lot of vegetables, flowers etc. on daily basis in the Bus No.12D and 7A from Howrah to Thakurpukur and Howrah to Sarsuna Bus Route respectively. We daily passengers’ in this route are take journey through this bus in office time 10-11 A.M. of facing lots of problem. Hence we need some action from your side to solve this problem. I am a regular passenger of AC 12 from Shapoorji, New Town to Dalhousie Square. After 6.30 pm I can hardly get the said bus . In the evening from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm, no bus is found at Howrah Station. Sometimes no service of the said bus after 6.30 pm. As a result, we the daily passenger feel exhausted daily to return back home.
