Calcutta Telephones — Phone dead for 10 days

My landline number 044-222XXXXX is dead for the past 10 days and I had lodged a compliant on 10.04.2023 with docket number[protected]. I had been following with their customer care [protected] and I get the same reply WE ARE ESCLATING AND STAFF WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY..!! When I ask them to transfer the line to the next authority the flatly refuse or say NO HIGHER UPS ARE AVAILABLE..!! On one occasion (15.04.2023 @ 10.40 a.m) the customer...

Landline no[protected] is dead since last 4 months. Please repair it urgently.
Also please note that i am getting bills for this period which needs to be reversed...
