[Resolved]  Calcutta Telephones — Not reparing my dead phone

I am a subscriber of Calcutta Telephone. My Telephone number is[protected]. It has been dead since[protected]. I am docket on[protected]. But yet not repair my telephone. I met with the officer of Bhatpara Telephone for 4 or 5 time with Sri D.K. Bal or Sri P.K. Biswas. They tell me that it will repair soon. But yet now no result has been made.
They also said me the some miscreant theft the cabel or unauthorised digging the pipeline of Bhatpara area. I am not satisfied their respense. Please do something in this regard.
